Rate/Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part.  Please contact your insurance plan prior to services to verify your network coverage for mental health services. 

Payment is due at the beginning of sessions and may be received by cash, check, or credit card. I am frequently able to bill as an out of network provider. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance carrier to find out their out of network coverage fee.

Cancellation Policy: I request a minimum 24 hours for cancellation of sessions.  If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session ($135) that insurance will not reimburse.

Initial Intake (50 minutes)	$150
Individual sessions (50 minutes)	$135
Any phone conversations over 15 minutes	Prorated $135/hour
